1. As used herein, subscriber shall be referred to as "Subscriber" or "you" and Girls Planet as "Girls Planet" or "we." This Agreement will take effect when a user ID and password is issued to Subscriber by Girls Planet, accordingly, all charges for the Service shall commence upon issuance of the user ID and password to Subscriber. Group or corporation usage would not allow. Do not share it with anybody else. Shared accounts will be detected by our security systems and disabled automatically. If person who access Girls Planet using third others' ID and password or leak it, we would claim damages.
2. Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on the Service is copyrighted and may not be copied, redistributed or uploaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Girls Planet, unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement. As used herein, subscriber shall be referred to as "Subscriber" or "you" and Girls Planet as "Girls Planet" or "we." Accordingly, all charges for the Service shall commence upon issuance of the user ID and password to Subscriber. The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only.
3. If subscriber falls under Article 1 or 2 of the contract, we are going to delete his or her user ID before the contract is over.
4. If subscriber is not able to use our contents more than 1 week because of server machine trouble, we are going to extend your expiration date. Server traffic in specific time is not included.
5. We are not going to return Membership Fees in any reason.
6. Subscriber agree that Girls Planet has the right to change all pricing, website content and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscriber should check the Terms & Conditions and pricing periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Girls Planet website following the posting of any changes shall be deemed as your acceptance of such change(s). We are not going to return Membership Fees in any reason.
7. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and Girls Planet regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by Girls Planet to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. We are not going to release any personal information to others except legal requesting.
8. You agree that you do not dump the complete site or large parts of it within a short time. This would affect the servers performance negatively. If subscriber does so, our security systems would detect it and disable your account automatically.
9. You warrant that you are at least 21 years of age when you access this site.
